  I would like to start off by saying I am not someone who buys something, and doesn't pay for it! With that being said, I was contacted by this store on a Saturday afternoon (via text message on a phone number not listed as their own) about an over due account. I Called the store immediately and was told I owed money on furniture that was going to be charged off, and sent to collections on on that next Thursday (around $800). I was unaware of ever creating a contract with this Store. After speaking to the accounts manager I asked if my signature was anywhere on her contract. She stated that a signature was on the contract, but would not even state that it was in fact my name. Accounts manager then continued to threaten me with sending me to collections. After I was finally able to speak with the store manager about the account that next Monday, the account was taken out of my name. My point being this: My signature nor my social security number was ever on a single piece of paper work, linking me to this company. I have never signed any documents nor, given my consent to create an account with this company. I was threatened with legal action on an account I never created. So if you are going to be in the business of screwing up people's credit, at least try to make sure the people you are trying to hurt, are not innocent people. VERY shady/fraudulent experience. Would never support this business!
