I bought my house and assumed the contract from the previous owner which became an issue and took a few days basically to have me as a new customer. Once all the confusion was through, I had over $3,000 worth of work done in my crawlspace and the work was done incorrectly. I have made calls back to Terminex only for them to tell me it would take another work order and that hasn't been done yet (today is Sept 15, 2017 or 4 1/2 months since they did the work).
